The challenge

SendPulse faced the time-consuming video creation process when the end-to-end production of a video course of 35 lessons (3-10 minutes each) took about 2-3 months for the team. That resulted in a limited amount of courses they were able to produce. Additionally, the traditional way of creating video courses was expensive (including renting studios, hiring voice-over actors, and editing) and lacked flexibility.
